  • Shipping & Delivery

    Domestic orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground, unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipments are sent by Federal Express. Orders over $100 receive free ground shipping.

    Alaska and Hawaii - Free ground shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time your order is packaged for shipment

    Shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and locations within the 48 contiguous United States where FedEx delivery is not available (for example, FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Additional time should be allowed for shipments to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping, that option is available during checkout at the current standard rates.

    Items must be purchased online. Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Offer valid only on items listed for sale on Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Orders may be consolidated to one shipment.   • Return Policy, Defective or Damaged Merchandise


    Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. Full refunds will be giving with original receipt. Please return merchandise unused and in its original packaging. All sales are final on sale and discontinued items. No refund will be issued for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping error or incorrect merchandise on original order. This policy is applicable only for purchases directly from and not any other reseller. All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

    Defective Merchandise

    All Professional Products items carry a limited one year Warranty. If you have a product purchased directly from within the last 12 months you feel is defective, please contact Customer Service at (323) 306-5067 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).     Damaged Items

    If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.

    Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

    Satisfaction Guaranteed

    Professional Products guarantees that every item on our website will meet with your full satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, return the item in original condition, within 30 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued.     Professional Products offers several shipping options and most available items ship the same day if the order is received by 2PM Pacific Time / 5PM Eastern Time. You will be notified via e-mail if same day shipping is not available on orders received by the deadline.

    Back Orders and Out of Stock Items

    In instances where a product is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail to determine whether to hold or cancel the back order.
