What are your business hours?

We are open from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Our tech department is open from 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM PST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

How long will it take for my online order to ship?

We start processing your order immediately during business hours except on holidays. Orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day (provided product is in stock). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will not be processed until the next business day. The estimated processing period is 1-2 business days for most orders. For orders that are not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible to update you with the backorder status.

What are your shipping rates?

We have Free Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States) for orders over $99. All other shipping options use current standard FedEx rates.

Professional-Products.com accepts these payment methods:

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

Professional-Products.com cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

Will my order be charged Sales Tax?

If your order is being shipped anywhere inside the State of California, we are required to collect sales tax by the State Board of Equalization at the rate prescribed.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Returns: Please note: Returns: Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records. Returns must be shipped back and CAN NOT be dropped off at our offices. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 4-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. First, contact us to let us know the situation. If a return is necessary, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to speed up the refund process once the item is received by us. If an exchange is necessary, we will work with you to get the correct item as soon as possible. ALL RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RTS FEE.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we gladly ship internationally - you will be charged shipping and be responsible to pay all shipping charges.
