Professional Products stands behind the quality and performance of each one of our products. We have created this page to help you better understand the expanse and limitations of our warranty policy that covers our entire line of high-performance products. Because we sell a wide variety of automotive performance parts, we must apply a special warranty to each item or group of items. Please read below to find the warranty that applies to your specific product. Intake Manifold 90 day Warranty

This manifold is warranted to be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed and subjected to normal use and service and the product is not modified or altered in any way unless specified by our instructions. Customers requiring warranty service should contact the dealer from whom they purchased the manifold. The dealer will contact the factory and we will determine the method of satisfying the warranty. If we determine the product needs to be returned to the factory, the manifold will have to be accompanied by proof of purchase and a specific description of the problem. The product must be returned freight prepaid. If a thorough inspection of the manifold by the factory indicates defects in workmanship or materials, our sole obligation is to repair or replace the product. Warranty applies only to original purchaser.

Harmonic Damper 90 Day Limited Warranty

Professional Products warrants to the Original Retail Purchaser that all products manufactured by Professional Products and that are purchased in the United States will be free from defect in material and workmanship. This warranty will extend for a period of 90 days from the date of the original invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Professional products will repair or replace, at their option, any part, assembly or portion thereof which Professional Products examination discloses to be defective. Transportation cost is not included. Any damage to the vehicle or costs related to any product failure is not covered by this warranty. Disassembly by anyone other than an authorized Professional Products representative voids warranty. The 90-day general limited warranty applies to all Professional Products except the 90000 Series Powerforce+Plus line of racing dampers. Products used for racing are not covered by this warranty. Please read below for further warranty policy information.

This Limited Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not assignable or otherwise transferable. There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein. Professional Products offers no warranties, either express or implied, beyond this Limited Warranty. In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, Professional Products' responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replace the defective product. Professional Products has no other obligation either express or implied. Final warranty determination will be at the sole discretion of Professional Products. Professional Products will not be responsible for: (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other dam- ages incurred by use of any product of Professional Products.

This warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state or provincial laws. This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements.

All returned items must be accompanied by an RMA number (return authorization number) prior to being sent back. Please mark the package with your RMA number and make visible. Any items returned without a RMA# will be rejected and returned back to you at your expense. We are not liable for any packages that come back to us unauthorized. Your merchandise will be fully examined before any refunds or replacements are finalized. Upon inapection you will be emailed with a full detailed report. Merchandise must be returned prepaid (with a copy of the original sales receipt) and insured. Also include your name, address, phone number, and a complete explanation of the problem. The product must be properly packaged so that no damage occurs in shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for return.
