Returns

For all returns; please email your request to our sales staff for approval.

*please include your original order#, your shipping info, phone number, part ordered + issue with item / reason for return request.

We accept returns of new, unused, non-clearance merchandise in original packaging, within 90 days (a 20% RTS fee will be applied to the final order). Shipping costs may be deducted from refund. For installed, defective, non-clearance items, Pro Products will send replacement up to 1 year.


WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING EXPENSES OR REFUND SHIPPING EXPENSES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
