As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
If you receive your product in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to immediately determine the damage and to file a claim with the shipper. Legato Performance is not responsible for damage in shipment for it leaves our facility in good working order. Thus the carrier is the ultimate source of responsibility and it is imperative that you file a claim immediately with them. Most carriers require that a claim is filed within 7 days of delivery.
Pro Products extends the following 12 month warranty to the original purchaser of a Pro Products parts warrants This applies only to the original purchaser and the parts must remain installed on the original vehicle for which they were purchased. This warranty is void if the product was improperly installed, was installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, if it was modified in any manner, or was removed from the original vehicle and reinstalled on another vehicle.
This warranty shall not apply to any product installed on a racing vehicle, installed improperly, or contrary to Legato's instructions, altered, misused, or repaired or damaged from an accident, collision, or willful or negligent act.
To make a claim under the terms of this Warranty, the original purchaser must return the product to Legato along with proof of original purchase. Purchaser must email our Pro Products Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Proof of purchase must clearly show the place of purchase, purchase price, product purchased and date of purchase.
If, upon inspection, Pro Products determines a defect in materials or workmanship, Pro Products will refund the returned goods and/or replace the defective part or parts with a new part or parts.
PRO PRODUCTS LIABILITY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED - PRO PRODUCTS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR THE COST OF INSTALLATION OR THE REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR FOR THE COST OF LABOR OR ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION OF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT WILL LEGATO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OR PROFIT) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
