The Crosswind for Chrysler Mopar Engines boasts a plenum and runner design identical to the Typhoon, with the key distinction being an open space beneath the plenum chamber, often referred to as an air gap design. This design allows air to flow underneath the plenum, resulting in a cooler air charge for the engine due to reduced heat transfer, which in turn delivers extra power.

Note: The bolt holes for the early LA cylinder heads are drilled about 8° off and will require modification and the use of socket head bolts for these applications. The bolt holes for Magnum cylinder head applications fit properly.
