Cyclone Vortec Intake Manifold – Street Legal Power with Vortec Precision

The Pro Products Cyclone Vortec intake manifold is built for serious street performance while staying emissions compliant. Designed specifically for Small Block Chevy engines with GM 1996 and later Vortec cast iron heads, this manifold is the lowest-profile option in our lineup—and the only one street legal for pollution-controlled vehicles when used with approved components.

We carefully designed these intakes to fit engine swaps using Vortec heads, making them ideal for modern SBC conversions. The Cyclone Vortec includes a provision for an external water bypass and features our unique Cyclone layout with dual distributor hold-downs for added reliability.

The manifold accepts a spread bore carburetor and comes complete with adapter plate and bushings to support square bore carbs. To remain emissions legal with a square bore carb, be sure to use one that is approved for your specific application.

Operating in the idle to 5,500 RPM range, the Cyclone Vortec delivers excellent throttle response, strong low-end torque, and robust midrange power. It’s the perfect fit for everything from trucks to street machines.
